EAM acts as a mechanism for estate agents to introduce clients to fully independent advisors who wish to become part of the EAM network. We take great care to ensure that advisors at all times act in the proper manner to remain fully within legal guidelines.
We advise estate agents that under no circumstances should they provide any mortgage advice to buyers and do not recommend buyers make mortgage decisions without taking professional advice.
The information the EAM system Buyer View screen is limited to stages in the process of obtaining a mortgage and contact details. No other personal information is displayed.
