Clients can be introduced to the EAM system in a number of ways. Following the consent of the client, agents can register the buyer on the system. Anyone who has been registered in this way will be added to the Buyer View screen.
Alternatively, estate agents may promote the service by providing one of the office PCs in a private or quiet part of the office to log in and search.
